The aim of TransACT Hope is to walk alongside families and individuals with limited resources in our community who are actively seeking to overcome barriers that have hindered movement towards positive growth. Whatever struggles a family is dealing with (poverty, addiction, legal issues, etc), we work to help build a community around each family that fosters forward movement and Christ centered transformation. Each family/individual is helped into affordable housing and a personalized care team
* Thrivent will pay up to $300,000 in online processing fees per calendar year for personal donations made through Thrivent's online giving platform.
