Atwater Area Living at Home Block Nurse Program provides services essential for older adults over 65 to maintain health and independence and remain living in their homes and community of choice as long as safely possible. Most of our services are provided by volunteers; we also partner with other community resources to fill the gaps in service. The program began in 1988 and we are a member of the MN Living at Home Network of 32 programs statewide.
