OneLove.Yoga is dedicated to extending the profound benefits of yoga and mindfulness to underserved schools and communities. Our organization imparts invaluable skills, including the art of conscious breathing, meditation, mindful movement, and relaxation, all of which contribute to the mitigation of stress and anxiety, increased social emotional regulation, enhancement of memory retention, and the nurturing of a profound sense of community among our program participants.
